Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB has been the Company’s auditor since 2025, and was, at the annual general meeting 2025 re-elected until the end of the annual general meeting 2026. Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB has also been the auditor of the former parent company of the Group, Terranor AB (publ), since 2019. Fredrik Kroon (born 1985) is theauditor in charge. Fredrik Kroon is an authorized public accountant and a member of FAR (professional institute for authorized public accountants).
