Safety and security
A safe working environment is a priority for Terranor
We have a vision of zero workplace accidents, which requires a clear focus on health and safety issues throughout the organisation.
The basis of our work is to create and maintain a healthy and safe working environment by eliminating hazards, reducing risks and raising awareness among employees, external partners, visitors and suppliers.

We conduct well-designed systematic work environment management and work in collaboration with trade union partners in established forums and working groups for different areas.
We regularly follow up our work environment management through reporting of incidents, operational audits and work environment audits carried out at our workplaces. We have set high and clear requirements regarding health and safety training for all staff.

In all our external and internal relationships, we must adhere to our high ethical standards when dealing with customers, business partners, subcontractors and colleagues. The Code of Conduct also gives us the confidence to make the right decisions.
