Our work on social sustainability focuses on creating environments where people can thrive and live good lives. We design places that fulfil basic human needs, promote well-being and offer conditions to care for both physical and mental health.

We conduct well-designed systematic work environment management and work in collaboration with trade union partners in established forums and working groups for different areas.

We regularly follow up our work environment management through reporting of incidents, operational audits and work environment audits carried out at our workplaces. We have set high and clear requirements regarding health and safety training for all staff.

In all our external and internal relationships, we must adhere to our high ethical standards when dealing with customers, business partners, subcontractors and colleagues. The Code of Conduct also gives us the confidence to make the right decisions.
