Remuneration to members of the Board of Directors

Fees and other remuneration to the members of the Board of Directors, including thechairperson, are resolved by the general meeting. At the extraordinary general meeting, held on 18 June 2025, it was resolved that an annual fee of SEK 500,000 will be paid to the chairperson of the Board of Directors, and fees of SEK 250,000 to each of the members who are not employed within the Company. The members of the Board of Directors are not entitled to any benefits following termination of their assignments as directors of the board.

Remuneration to the Board of Directors during the financial year 2024

In 2024 the Board of Directors of Terranor AB (publ), the former parent company of the Group before the restructuring, consisted of David Margula, Andreas Ahlberg, Michael Berglin and Per Sjöblom. No board fees were paid in 2024.
