Shareholders who wish to have a matter considered at the annual general meeting must submit a written proposal to the board of directors via Terranor AB, Björnstigen 85, 170 73 Solna or by e-mail to . Such proposal must be received by the board of directors no later than 13 April 2026 in order to be included in the notice of the meeting.
